Credits
Most of the photographs on this website were taken by Erik Benjamins, Brian Guido, and / or Sean Davidson. The vinyl we use for exhibitions is cut and applied by David Johnson of Leaf Cutter Studio. Marta’s occasional cocktail program is directed and realized by the artist Ben Sanders. The Courtyard Garden is by TERREMOTO and Plant Material. Our print partners include Paper Chase Press and Typecraft.

We use Shopify to facilitate buying works on marta.la; you can read more about how Shopify uses Personal Information here. When you make a purchase through the website, Shopify (and thus Marta) collects certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number. When you place an order through the website, Marta will store this order information for its records unless / until we are asked to delete this information.
Marta operates a mailing list program that is used to inform subscribers about products, services, and programming pertinent to the gallery. A subscriber’s personal details are collected, processed, managed and stored in accordance with regulation. Subscribers to Marta’s newsletter may unsubscribe at any time. These newsletters may contain tracked clickable links or similar server technologies in order to understand subscriber activity. Where used, these tracked links may record a range of subscriber data relating to engagement, geography, and demographics. We do not sell, trade, or rent users’ personal information to others. We may share generic, aggregated demographic information regarding visitors and users with pertinent business partners and affiliates.
